Inspired by a heart-wrenching chanson (poem song) by the late Leo Ferre, and created to reflect life – bitter, sweet, sour and a good kick all rolled in one. Made with Parisienne absinthe, Cointreau, rose and fresh lemons.

CAIPIRINHA DE MARACUJA – Passionfruit Caipirinha

Inspired by the cult film ‘City of God’. A twist on the classic caipirinha with fresh limes and golden passionfruit.

Good grief! The perennial underdog & loser FINALLY gets a fitting tribute with smooth peanut butter & vanilla, spiked with vodka.

FAN-TAB-ULOUS

Reminiscent of a British summer day spent under a garden marquee. A most refreshing harmony of gin, fresh cucumber and elderflower.

FIRST WIVES’ CLUB

What would the plantation tai-tais of the slave trade era drink if they had their afternoon soirees while their husbands were out sowing their wild oats? This lovely blend of Jim Beam Black, mango and rose, of course.

HABIBI (THE LOVER)

A boy lost in the Middle-Eastern quarter of Melbourne pines for his yet to-be found soulmate and this exotic potion of Ketel One, rose, apple and saffron was born. A romantic delight.

KETEL ONE CITROEN COSMOPOLITAN

Tai-tai wannabe alert! The ultimate chi-chi martini; crafted with Ketel One Citroen, cranberry juice and liberally laced with orange peel liqueur.

KETEL ONE ORANGE-LYCHEE CAIPIROSKA

Crafted with vodka of clarity and blended with citrus and the sweetness of the lychee fruit

LEMON MERINGUE-TINI

A dessert cocktail inspired by the lemon meringue pie. This mix of vodka, orange liqueur, French vanilla syrup and lemon juice is dressed in creamy foam and coated with vanilla-infused sugar.

LEPRECHAUN

Mischievous little runt of a drink – rum, mint, cream, chocolate and herb liqueur.

MISS BRAMBLE

Our take on the classic British Bramble cocktail – tweaked with Tanqueray No. Ten and citrus over crushed ice. Dazzlingly finished with blackberry marmalade.

STRAYING SPOUSE

The First Wives’ Club other (better?) half – Maker’s Mark, rose, aromatic bitters and saffron water painfully stirred over ice.

THE HAVANA BLUSH MOJITO

A blushing twist on the Cuban classic with rose lychee flavour and Parfait Amour liqueur.

THE MORNING AFTER

A liquid wake-up call – scotch whisky, espresso, orange liqueur, spices and dark chocolate. Share one with the stranger you woke up with this morning or have one in his/her/its memory.

TOBLERONE

Laced with dark chocolate sauce, a frozen blend of Irish cream, coffee and hazelnut liqueurs finished off with honey. Almost child-friendly but not.
